Diagnostics
$60
If your computer has a hitch in its git-along, bring it to us! Our $60 diagnostics charge goes toward the final cost of repair. If you're comfortable working on your own computer, the $60 flat-fee covers our time to determine what needs replaced.
Front Desk
$0 - $45
Front Desk Consultations are free. Repairs completed at the front desk are $45. Examples include re-installing a WiFi driver, re-setting an email password, removing a swollen battery not destined to be replaced, etc.
Remote Support
$75/half hour
Get our expertise without having to lug your computer anywhere! Billed at $75 per half hour, we can connect to your computer remotely and troubleshoot a variety of software, printer, and network settings issues.
Onsite Services

We come to you! Services range from computer clean ups to soothing printer woes, cajoling network settings to finagling server set-ups, and more. We can also do pick-up and drop-off—great for computers that need some in-shop TLC.
Small Business Tech Support

We get it—when you're busy running your business, the last thing you want to worry about is your computers, your network, your server, or your data back-up. We offer tech support to a variety of small businesses and would be pleased as punch if you gave us a call about your tech support needs!
We prefer to operate contract-free with a break/fix model—if it breaks, we'll fix it!
Data Transfer

Got a new computer or hard drive, or need to create a back-up? We've got you covered! We can transfer your data and verify everything's functional—including Microsoft Office and the finnicky Outlook.
File & Virus Clean Up
$149
Our thorough computer clean up uses several specialized programs to remove viruses, malware, and trackers. We'll also update Windows, any drivers that need it, install MalwareBytes (a free anti-malware program we heart), and install Ublock Origin (an ad-blocking extension of awesomeness) on your internet browsers. We'll also remove any junk files that are created during regular computer use—all to help your computer run its best! (PS: Dusty computers even get some extra TLC with a complimentary blow-out.)
Hardware Repair / Upgrade
$60 - $249
Whether you're working on a laptop or desktop, we can replace a variety of obsolete or ailing parts including cracked screens, broken LCD panels, failed RAM, internal components, and much, much more! Standard part installation is $149 + the cost of the part, but we recommend letting us write up a quote for you as the fee varies by installation complexity.
OS Install / Upgrade
$149
Whether you want to upgrade to run a new program, or to have the security of a supported operating system, we're here to help. We can evaluate your hardware to make sure you have what's recommended to run Windows 11 well, and when you upgrade, we can make sure your files stay put!
($149 service fee is for the time we spend backing up your data, performing the upgrade, running Windows and drivers updates, and any data restoration or program adjustments that're needed. Your Windows 11 license is included in your existing Windows 10 license. An Operating System install with no data to back up or transfer is $99.)
Data Recovery
$149
We offer a variety of software-level data recovery options for HDDs and SSDs including accidentally deleted data, drives not showing up in Windows, and recovery from corrupt Windows installations. Some data recovery needs require a clean room or micro-soldering, and we can recommend a couple companies who can complete that level of recovery if needed. There's no charge if we can't recover your data!

Our most advanced data recovery also incurs a $75/hr fee for technician time; we will call you before proceeding if your recovery requires this additional level of service.

If you're in the market for a new computer, come talk to us! We can hook you up with a machine tailored to your unique needs—from light laptops and portable work-horses to gaming and CAD rigs, we love to check all your boxes. We provide a 1 year parts and service warranty on all our new computers.

Secure Data Erasure
$0 - $69
If you're looking to sell, donate, or give your computer away, we can do a deep wipe where data retrieval is not viable. This process produces a certificate of erasure specific to the device. Re-installation of Windows is an additional $30.
Computers being dropped off for recycling will be deep wiped, or the hard drive returned to you, for free.
Tech Recycling
FREE
E-waste recycling can be tricky! We're passionate about keeping old tech out the landfill. Call or stop by if you have questions about what and where to recycle. We can also recycle common items for you such as monitors, cables, computer batteries—just ask! We also accept old computers to see if they can be resurrected and donated for a second life. Those that cannot be salvaged will be responsibly recycled.
