Free Wipe & Recycle
All devices dropped off for recycling are securely wiped before being recycled or donated.
Storage devices that are too failing to complete a software-level erasure will be physically destroyed.

If we're reinstalling an operating system in order to gift or sell a device, we can include a free erasure step for your peace of mind.

We can factory reset Android or Apple phones and tablets. If the device is encrypted, a factory reset will securely erase your data.

Some devices will require your credentials to unlock for gift/resale. We do charge a little more for this extra step since it varies by manufacturer.
Certificate of Erasure
($69)
For compliance with HIPAA or legal requirements, we use secure data erasure software that creates a certificate of erasure at completion. It includes identifying device information, the type of wipe performed, as well as other legally relevant details.
