Inside the Repair Shop:
How Our Small Business Support Works
Really, Truly, No Contracts
Unlike manage service providers, we do not have contracts or long-term commitments. We tailor our services to small businesses that want to keep control of their accounts, hardware, and software while still having support when they need it. We can help you with everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to coordinating with software or service providers when problems are more complex. When a specific computer is the issue, we have the entire computer repair shop to support you.

How does requesting support work?
The fastest way to reach us is in-person or over the phone. If you leave a voicemail, we are typically able to return calls the same day.
We prioritize messages based on urgency, and business-critical issues come first whenever possible. You can also email us or reach us through the website contact form.
Remote Support or Onsite Support?
Remote Support is great for software or printer issues where you are still able to connect to the internet. Onsite Support is great for diagnosing networking or intra-office connectivity issues. Since these services are charged by the half hour or hour, we do try to perform flat-fee services in our shop if possible, to reduce cost.

Availability for remote support and onsite support varies depending on technician scheduling. In some cases, we can respond immediately; other times, we may schedule services for same- or next-day. Like our in-shop services, we do prioritize businesses that are experiencing critical system failures or downtime above all else.

How does billing work?
We accept check, card, and cash payments. Card transactions have a 4% fee, so many clients prefer to pay with check or cash. If you are a municipality or business that processes checks monthly, please let us know. W9 forms are available upon request.

Do you offer after-hours services?
We reserve after-hours appointments for critical services that will interrupt your business, such as server upgrades/replacements or POS computer repairs. After-hours services are performed on top of our technician's regular work week, so we appreciate your patience when coordinating these types of appointments.
