Spend some time in the shop to see the variety of issues we see, from basic technical support to advanced hardware diagnostics.
You'll also see how critical "soft skills" are in the industry—talking well to clients is one of the key skills we look for in new hires.

Job Shadowing Project
We offer job shadowing for high school seniors on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don't hesitate to reach out to us about your senior project!
We do try to tailor your shadowing to your area of interest, so let us know what part of the tech industry has you most excited about graduating.
We highly recommend you have a personal project in mind as an "artifact" for your project, such as: a personal build; a relative or friend's computer that could use some TLC; or even refurbishing a used computer.
